If you know your current log in credentials for your personal TD Bank Online Banking account, you'll be able to reset this information after you log in. Please log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and once you have done so, click on the Customer Service tab at the top right. The first two links there will be able to help you; please click on Change User Name and Change Password to complete an update.
If you're a BusinessDirect user, please log in here: http://bit.ly/1rvBmq8. You'll find the links to change this information at the Service Center tab. Click on Change Password or Change User ID, enter your current information and the new information you prefer, and submit at the bottom.
If you're inquiring about this change as you're unable to access your account, a Digital Banking Specialist will be more than happy to assist you in resetting this information. Please contact us directly at 800-493-7562, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Another option you have is to stop in at your local TD Bank Store, where a Customer Service Representative will be able to help you.
