We would first like to recommend that you contact your local postal carrier about this issue. They should be able to assist you with instructions on declining incorrect mail delivery. If you'd like, you may also contact our live Customer Service Representatives 24/7 at 888-751-9000 for assistance. If you prefer, please feel free to bring the mail to a local TD Bank Store and a representative will be happy to assist you in person as well.
