It's great to hear from you this morning.
It sounds as though you're looking to update the password for your personal online banking, and if this is the case, we'll be more than happy to help!
Whether you have forgotten your password, and are having trouble logging into your online banking, or you're just looking to have this information updated, doing so is easy, and we'll happily walk you through the steps.
First, if you're having trouble logging into your online banking, we invite you to click here: https://go.td.com/2H8iXLO. This link will take you directly to TD Bank's log in screen; however, if you're unsure of your current password, towards the right hand side, you'll want to click on the 'Forgot your password' hyperlink. From here, simply enter in your user name, followed by the last four digits of your Social Security Number, and then press 'Continue.' Next, we'll need to send you a single-use security code, and you'll have the option to select to have this code sent by phone call or text. Simply make your selection, and once you receive the phone call or text message from us, enter in the 6 digit code, and you'll be able to reset your password!
If you're able to access your online banking, and are just looking to update your password, we invite you to use the link provided above to log directly into your account. After doing so, locate your name in the upper, right hand corner of your screen. By hovering your mouse over your name, you'll be provided with a few different options, and we're going to select 'Update Personal Settings' in the 'Settings' section. From here, you'll be brought to a screen where you can update your personal information as well as your online banking profile. To get started with updating your password, simply click 'Edit password.' To make this change, you'll need to enter in your current password, and after doing so, you may then enter in your new desired password before selecting 'Complete.'
