If you are referring to your TD ATM/Visa Debit Card PIN number, we can provide several options on how to reset this number.
If you know your current PIN and would like to change it, you can do one of the following:
- When visiting any TD Bank ATM you can insert your card into the ATM and enter your current PIN. Choose “Change PIN” as a transaction option and then enter your new PIN selection by following the prompts on the screen. This option only applies if you know your current PIN number.
- You could call our Voice Response Unit at (888) 553-4122 and follow the prompts to change your PIN. You will need your TD Debit card handy for this option.
If you do not remember your PIN number and need to reset it, you can do one of the following:
- Visit us at any TD Bank Store with proper ID; check out http://bit.ly/TDStores for a listing of TD Bank Store locations and hours.
- You can call our Banking Specialists 24/7 at 888-751-9000. Once one of our dedicated Banking Specialists verifies your account, we can send you a PIN reminder via mail. PIN reminders sent by mail may take 7-10 business days to receive depending on your postal office.
If you are looking to change your PIN for our automated banking system (IVR), please connect with our Banking Specialists for further assistance at 1-888-751-9000.
If you're attempting to change the verification password on your account (password placed on your personal account for verification purposes when contacting us over the phone), you may request to change it by calling Customer Service 24/7 at 888-751-9000. If you do not remember that password, you can change your password by visiting your local TD Bank.
If you are referring to a TD Bank Visa Gift Card PIN, you can change your PIN by logging http://bit.ly/1dmtzim or contact our Gift card Specialists at 1-888-294-2249.
Finally, if you are referring to your Online Banking and if you remember your user name, you may want to try the self-service feature via your Online Banking. Please click here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq to go to the log-in page and select the "Trouble Logging In" link located under the password field. On the "Reset your Password" page, you will have to select “Personal” from the drop down box and then enter in your User Name and the last 4 digits of your Social Security number. Following that, you will have to answer 2 Security Questions. Next, you’ll be able to create a new password. Please make sure that your new password is at least 8 characters long and contains letters, numbers and special characters.
If you do not remember your user name or if you continue to have issues, you may always contact our 24/7 Customer Service Line at 888-751-9000 and a Banking Specialist can assist in resetting your password.
