I have a number of scheduled payments for taxes and condo fees. Will they automatically carry over from my online banking account? If not, how do I confirm that they are not already scheduled before I input them into my new direct business account?

Thanks for bringing your question to TD Helps.
Here at TD Bank, with a business account, you'll have the ability to access your account through either your Personal Online Banking, or by enrolling your business in BusinessDirect. While both services are offered, they are unfortunately not connected in anyway, and transactions such as bill payments will not carry over from your Personal Online Banking to your BusinessDirect.
As you mentioned that you recently enrolled your business account in BusinessDirect, and are concerned with payments successfully being switched from your Personal Online Banking, we'd like to recommend that you call and speak with one of our knowledgeable Tech Support Specialist so that they may review your payments with you and ensure that none of your payees receive a double payment.
To reach a Tech Support Specialist, you may simply dial 800-493-7562, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, or if you'd prefer, you may also visit your nearest TD Store location to speak with a Customer Service Representative, during lobby hours. What I want to know is what scheduled payments were in my online account. Is TD Bank able to access that account once it was changed to Business Direct?

Our Tech Support Specialists may be able to access your past scheduled and paid bill payments, as long as your original ID is still active. We unfortunately do not have access to this information via TD Helps, as this is not considered a secured forum.
