My company name has been changed within the state. What information do I need to provide to TD Bank to make the name change with the bank?

We appreciate you stopping by TD Bank, Ralph.
If you'd like to update the name listed for your Business account, you are more than welcome to do so. Please note that if you're changing both the name and the Tax Identification number for the business, the existing account must be closed and a new one opened. If only one or the other of these will be changed, then this can be completed without closing the account.
To update your account title, you and any other account signers will want to visit any TD Bank Store. Changing a business name requires legal documentation – during your visit, please supply your updated business documentation provided by the IRS when stopping in. At that time, all Signers will also provide a new signature, and complete our business resolution and account maintenance forms. Each Signer should kindly also bring a valid personal identification such as a Driver's License, State ID or U.S. Passport. Please find a listing of our Stores nearest you here: http://bit.ly/TDStores including our convenient lobby hours. We do recommend giving the Store you intend to visit a call before you stop in to confirm if any additional documentation may be required
It was great having you join us and we hope you have a nice day.
