We appreciate you writing in to us here at TD Helps, Johnny. We would be happy to help!
Once you've answered your security question incorrectly three times, for your protection, your online banking will be locked until confirmed that it is the signer logging in. To unlock your account, please contact us at 1-800-493-7562 to speak with a Digital Banking Specialist who, after account verification, can unlock your online banking and also provide step-by-step instructions on how to enroll for paperless statements. Because you mentioned you are currently located outside the US, you can call us collect at 856-751-9000. Our Specialist will be happy to help and are available to you 24/7 for your convenience.
Once you’ve successfully logged in, you may also follow the steps below to go paperless:
- Please click on the “Customer Service” tab
- Select the “Online Statement Settings” link which is located under the self-service portion (it will be the sixth link down) or in the "Help & Related Tasks" box (which is located on the left side of the page).
- Please select the account(s) you would like to enroll for Online Statements. Make sure the email address on file is correct.
- You will then be asked to read the “Online (Paperless) Statement Customer Agreement” and the “Hardware and Software Requirements”. Once you have opened and reviewed the 2 documents needed, please check mark the two boxes and select “Save Changes”.
If needed, you can change the email address on file where the Statement Alerts are going to be sent to, you can do so by selecting the "Add or edit email address" link under each account option. Another window will pop up for you to add a new email address or edit current email address. Once you've input the new information, please click on "Save Changes" box.
We hope this information helps Johnny. Let us know if you have any further questions.
