Thanks for joining us, Anne. We'll be glad to guide you in the right direction today.
There are many ways to update your contact information. If your account has been opened for at least 30 days and you have been utilizing our TD Online Banking for 30 days, you can log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlqto get started. Once in, go to the Customer Service tab on the top right. Under the Self Service heading, choose the option to "Change Address, Phone, Email Address." Here you can update and save your new contact information to be effective within 1-2 business days.
If you're not already registered for Online Banking, you can enroll your account here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Just have your Account Number, TD Bank VISA Debit Card Number and Social Security Number/Tax I.D. Number (TIN) available when you do. Please remember you must be enrolled for online banking for at least 30 days in order to submit your address change request via online secure messages.
Another option would be to mail in a request to update your contact information. Please feel free to mail your request into:

Please make sure that you properly identify your name and account number, and sign your request for processing.
If these options aren't available to you right now, then you can always reach out to a Banking Specialist to update the information for your Personal account. If you are calling from Australia, please dial direct 1-856-751-9000 or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518 if you are able to gain access to a land line phone.
If you're looking to change your address on a TD Bank Visa Credit Card, it can be changed by calling a TD Card Services Specialist at 888-561-8861 or by logging into http://bit.ly/1lVKil9. After logging in you will need to click on "Services" and then choose the option to "Manage Credit Card." There you will see an option to "Update Address and Phone Number."
If you're looking to change the address for a Personal Loan, Home Equity Loan (HELOC), or Line of Credit, we recommend speaking with a Financial Solutions Group Specialist at 800-937-5020. A Change of Address form may be necessary before completing this request.
