I currently have a Target Red Card which is managed by your bank. I have stopped doing business with Target, and even though the Red Card can be used anywhere that accepts a MasterCard, I do not wish to promote the Target name by using a MasterCard with their business identified on it. I know I could cancel that card and apply for a new card anywhere, but it occurred to me that there might be some simplified process to just switch to a TD Bank issued card, since my Red Card credit card activity is already handled by you. Is that possible, or will I need to just cancel it, and re-apply for a totally new card wherever ?
Thanks - Grady

Thanks for your question, Grady. We'd be glad to discuss.
Please know that though your Target Red Card may be financed by TD Bank, your account is managed by Target. Because of this, your Target Red Card cannot be changed to a TD Bank product. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you would like to apply for a TD Bank credit card, we recommend taking a look here: http://go.td.com/1qRnByN. From this link you are able to view the credit cards we have to offer as well as apply! You are also able to apply by calling our Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
We hope this helps, Grady, and have a good day.
