I paid for a cell phone case and never received it. I have sent numerous emails to the company that I bought it from and was simply told, the order was shipped. I wrote back saying I knew that BUT never have received it as of yet. I asked them where is it and when will I get it. They have ignored me. I have all of the emails. Can that be refunded? This has been ongoing since 9/16/2017.

Good afternoon, Sharon, and welcome to TD Helps.

As you mentioned that you have already attempted to have your concerns resolved by contacting this merchant directly, we'd like to recommend that you contact us at your earliest convenience so that we may file a dispute for this transaction on your behalf. There are a couple ways in which you may contact us, and we welcome you to use whichever method is the most convenient for you.
You may first reach out to a Banking Specialists, who for your convenience are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached at 1-888-751-9000. Once on the phone, and after verification, they'll be happy to review your concerns with you directly, file a dispute, if necessary, and provide you with any additional steps you may need to take.
If you'd prefer, you also have the option of visiting your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. It's important to note that, in the event your transaction was done internationally, we'd also like to recommend that you visit your nearest TD Store location as additional steps may need to be taken.
We hope this information was helpful, Sharon, and that it provided you with some peace of mind.
Thanks again for stopping by, and take care!
