Bought two items off of a marketplace and the seller proceeded to delete his account after the transaction was complete. How do I go about getting a refund?

Good morning, Greg.
We're so sorry to hear that a fraudulent transaction may have been debited from your account, and we'll be more than happy to help.
We'd first like to take a moment to reassure you that here at TD Bank, the security of our Customer's and their accounts is our number one priority, and because of this, if you ever believe that you may have been fraudulent charged, you're always welcome to contact us, and we'll be happy to help.
You may first call and speak with one of our Banking Specialist. For your convenience, they are available to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. Once on the phone, and after verification, they'll be more than happy to file a dispute on your behalf.
If you're unable to call, that's okay. You're also welcome to visit a TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative. After doing so, one of our Representatives will also be happy to review your account with you, and file any disputes that may be needed. Feel free to use the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find your nearest TD Store location, as well as their lobby hours.
Generally speaking, a decision will be made on your dispute within 7-10 business days; however, as this may vary on a case by case basis, you're welcome to speak with one of our Specialist in further detail about your dispute during either your call, or should you decide to visit a Store location.
We sincerely hope this helps, and if you have any questions at all, please don't hesitate to contact us at whichever method above may be the most convenient for you.
Thanks again for stopping by today, Greg, and we hope you have a fantastic Wednesday.
