I was charged a 10.00 maintence fee and im not exactly sure why. My account is not under the minimum balanace.

We apologize if there's any confusion regarding a fee assessed to your account. Since you mentioned that you received a maintenance fee, for some of our accounts there is a minimum daily balance required in order to avoid this type of fee. Kindly note that if a minimum balance does apply to your account, it must be met on each day in the statement cycle in order to prevent the fee. If it is not, the fee would be assessed on the last day of your statement cycle.
