Welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question, Michael.
We recommend you first contact the vendor to determine if they will credit your account. If you are unable to reach them or if they are unwilling to credit you back, she may file a dispute once the transaction has posted to the account. This may be done by visiting a TD Bank store location or contacting us at (888)751-9000 when she returns to NY. She may also contact us from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To contact us from any country outside the United States, please first dial 011 and then follow by the numbers provided above.
If she is enrolled for Online Banking, she may send a secure message using www.tdbank.com. To send a secure message she must first logon to her TD Bank online profile. She can do so by clicking here: http://go.td.com/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, she should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however, TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We hope this helps. Have a great one!
