receiving emails stating prepaid visa debit is overdrawn, but cant log in to check balance as I live in Australia and server is not recognized.

As you mentioned you have a prepaid visa, it sounds like you may have our TD Connect Card. To check your balance, you may contact our Connect Card Specialists directly at 888-568-7130, as they are available 24/7.
If you are unable to connect with the above mentioned number, you may also contact us from outside the United States via phone at 1-856-751-9000, or collect with operator assistance from a land line phone by asking the operator to dial 1-215-569-0518. For your convenience, we are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To contact us from any country outside the United States, please first dial 011 and then follow by the numbers provided above.
Once connected with a Banking Specialist, we will be happy to transfer you to a TD Connect Card Specialists directly.
