Thanks for writing in on TD Helps today, Nitish. There are a few options you have to check your account balance and we'd be happy to go over them with you.
If you are currently enrolled for our Online Banking, you would be able to view your TD account balance online. After you log into your account here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you can click on the 'Accounts' tab at the top of the page, and then click on the name of the account you want to view. You'll be able to see the balance there.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service, you may click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, ATM/debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists at 888-751-9000, available 24/7, for further assistance.
You can also access up-to-the-minute account information by calling using our automated banking system (IVR) at the number above, or feel free to visit one of our locations near you. At our Stores, you can check your balance at any of our ATMs with no charge, or stop inside to check with one of our Representatives. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours, or ATMs, nearest you.
In addition to the above options, we also offer Mobile Banking services. The TD Bank Mobile App is available for most smartphone devices so you can manage your banking needs anytime. After you are enrolled for online banking, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The Username and Password that the Mobile App will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for you Online Banking Profile on our website.
We hope this helps, Nitish, take care.
