Hi Robert, welcome to TD Helps and thanks for the question.
Non TD Bank Customers are welcome to cash a check drawn off of a TD Bank account. Simply stop into TD Bank Store (click here: https://go.td.com/2k77X95 for locations) during lobby hours. Checks made payable to an individual and without a stop payment against it will be paid. Be sure to have valid photo identification (Driver's License, passport, State issued photo I.D. etc.) ready when you complete this transaction. There is a fee of $7.00 for this service.
Please know that we are unable to cash checks that are not drawn on a TD Bank account if you are not an existing TD Bank Customer.
Check cashing fees are waived for TD Bank Customers. If you decide to open an account you may continue to cash checks as long as you have sufficient funds in your account to cover the amount of the check.
We offer many different types of Checking and Savings accounts.
