A customer is trying to investigate a check that was cashed at TD bank but the company the check was made out to does not have record of the payment. What number should be called to investigate the cleared check?

If the check was cashed, we'll be able to provide a copy of the item to our Customer who owns the account it was paid from. If you have written the check and it was paid from your account, feel free to reach us at 888-751-9000 for more information about the item, or, feel free to come see us at any TD Bank Store nearby you. Additionally, when you speak with us and once we know the details of your request, we may be able to provide other options available.
Kindly note that if the item was paid from any account other than your own, we won't be able to provide information about the item to you. In that instance, please reach out to the company directly for further assistance in locating the payment.
