On 12/20/16, I spoke with one of your Customer Service reps. I advised her to stop my paper statements. She advised that she would and that I would now receive free check images with my online statements. I have continued to receive paper statements for January, February and March and only the February statement had check copies.
I have just reconfirmed my paperless choice on the ‘Online Statement & Notice Settings’ page. Please make sure that I receive the promised check copies. Also on 2/17/17, I was charged a $2.00 ‘Check Image Fee’. Please have this charge reversed. Thanks.
