Hi, Alex! We're glad to see you on TD Helps today, thanks for bringing your question.
As a member of TD Bank, America's Most Convenient Bank, we'd like to take this opportunity to let you know that you have access to making deposits with our Tellers during our extended lobby hours. We're open early and late for everyone's schedule and we invite you to find a Store nearby you here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
If you're still not able to stop in during these times, no problem! We have several other options for you to make your deposit.
For example, you're more than welcome to deposit your check at any TD Bank ATM. A deposit can be made at our ATMs any time of the day or night that suits your schedule. To locate an ATM near you, please click: http://bit.ly/1oZqFM1.
Another easy option you have for depositing a check is through our TD Mobile Deposit feature, available via the TD Mobile App. Our TD Bank Mobile Deposit feature is available for most iPhone and Android devices and to Customers of at least 90 days or longer with an active Checking, Savings or Money Market account. If you meet these requirements, you're welcome to deposit a check using this service.
If you are not yet using the TD Mobile App, please note that you must first be enrolled for TD Bank Online Banking. If you are already enrolled for our Online Banking, you can download the app by visiting http://bit.ly/1opBqUt. The user name and password that Mobile Banking will ask you for is the same as the one you've created for Online Banking.
If you are not currently enrolled for Online Banking, you can do so by visiting here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. You will need your Social Security number, your TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your account number and your email address.
If you do not have the pieces of information required to enroll or if you have any additional questions feel free to contact our Banking Specialists 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 888-751-9000 for immediate assistance.
If you'd like, you may also mail a deposit to us. You may mail your deposit to:
TD Bank, N.A. ME2-001-033 P.O. Box Number 1190 Lewiston, ME 04243
If you would like to send us your deposit via FedEx or UPS, you may sent it here:
TD Bank Bank by Mail, 140 Mill Street, Lewiston, ME 04243
Like any other deposits, a few simple guidelines apply:
-Cash should not be sent through the mail
-Payee of the check and name on deposit ticket should be the same
-Checks should be endorsed (and restricted for deposit only)
-Multiple checks should be listed and a total of the deposit listed
-Enclose the deposit ticket, not the carbon copy
-f using a blank deposit ticket, please write account number clearly
-Do not staple transactions
If you still prefer that another person make your deposit for you, please keep in mind that your account number will be needed on the deposit slip in order for the deposit to be made. While TD Bank does not recommend providing your account information to parties who are not listed on your account, the option to have another person make a deposit for you is open to you at your discretion.
Also, we invite you to look at our Personal Deposit Account Agreement here: http://bit.ly/1kb17UQ. On pages 38-41 you can find our Funds Availability Policy along with information about when you'll have access to deposits.
We hope this information is useful and you find these options convenient, Alex! Take care and enjoy your day.
