I have check imaging on my statements, but only the front of the checks are shown. How can I get a statement with both front and back (ongoing monthly) and is there a fee for this?

Thanks for joining us today on TD Helps, Angel.
We're happy to let you know that we are able to provide you with front and back images for your checks to be enclosed with your future statements. To make this request, we do have a few options for you. You may call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000, contact us via Secure Message or even visit a TD Bank Store, during lobby hours! You may view a listing of TD Bank Stores here: http://bit.ly/TDStores. Upon proper account verification, we'll be glad to submit this request on your behalf.
To send a Secure Message you must first be enrolled in Online Banking. To start the process, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Keep in mind that you will need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number and email address. Once enrolled, you may send a Secure Message by selecting "Send a secure message" located on the left hand side of the page, beneath "Message Center." You can also find the "Message Center" by clicking on the "Customer Service" tab at the top of the page.
Please note; fees may apply for this service. We invite you to look here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt for any related fees. To avoid this fee, you do have the option of going paperless. If you decide to go paperless, you would not receive your statements in the mail; however, you will be able to view your statements and check images online.
You can follow the steps below to help you go paperless:
1. Log on to your TD Bank Online Banking Account.
2. Click the “Customer Service” tab.
3. Select the link for “Online Statement Settings”.
4. Select the “Online Statements” option for each of your accounts.
5. Add the Email Address you wish to have statement alerts sent to.
6. Review and accept the Online Paperless Statement Customer Agreement and Hardware and Software Requirements.
7. Click the check boxes indicating you meet our system requirements and click “Save Changes”.
If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to our Banking Specialists 24/7 at the number listed above.
Hope you have a nice day and take care!
