Thank you for joining us on TD Helps, Liduvina. We'd be happy to go over how you can check your balance online and more!
Online Banking is a great too to check your balance as well as a variety of other banking services. To check your account balance online, you must first be enrolled in Online Banking and you may do so here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. In order to complete the enrollment, you'll need your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card number, Social Security number and email address. If you have any trouble with the enrollment or you are missing one of the pieces of information needed to enroll you may contact us directly for help. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 800-493-7562 and speaking to our Digital Banking Specialists. After account verification, they would be happy to help you enroll! Once you complete the necessary steps to enroll, you will have immediate access to your accounts and balances.
After you enroll in Online Banking, you now are able to use our Mobile Banking application. If you have a smartphone, you can download the application via this link: http://bit.ly/1wT5SbU. You can submit your phone number on the website and it will text the link to your smartphone for you to download. Your user name and password that you created for Online Banking is the same for the application. Again if you have any issues downloading the application or signing in, please contact our Digital Banking Specialists as mentioned above.
You may also check the balance of your accounts by giving us a call. You may do so 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 and speaking to our Customer Service Representatives. We also offer an automated service that you can check your balance, make transfers and more. You may dial 800-937-2000 to reach the automated line. If this is the first time that you're using the automated system you will need your full account number and when it prompts you to enter your PIN, you will use the last four numbers of your Social Security number. You will then be asked to create your own PIN.
Finally, you can check your balance at an ATM. When you check your balance through the ATM, all you need to do is insert your card in the machine of your choosing and enter your card's PIN. Then select "Balance Inquiry." Keep in mind that while using any TD ATM is free of charge, there may be fees applied for the use of any non-TD ATM. For more information about fees that may be applied, please visit here: http://bit.ly/1cTejgt. You may also ask a Teller at any TD drive up window or in the lobby. Check out http://bit.ly/TDStores to find ATMs and TD Bank locations near you!
We hope this helps, Liduvina and have a fantastic day.
