Hey there, Hang!
Good morning and great to have you with us today.
We understand the need to keep up with your balance and we have several options you can take advantage of for this.
First, you always have the option of checking your balance online if you are enrolled for our Online Banking service. You can also check your transactions there as well. If you already have an online account, after you log in here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq, you can click on the “Accounts” tab at the top of the page, and then click on the name of the account you want to view. You'll be able to see the balance there. Then, to review any transactions, you may select from the following drop down options: “Last 10 days, My Current Statement, My Previous Statement or All Available History.” After, select the “Show History” button to the right of the screen. You also have the option to view your previous statements online by clicking on Statements tab.
If you're not currently enrolled and would like to take advantage of this free service, you can begin on this page: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Please have your account number, ATM/Debit card number and Social Security number available to complete the enrollment. The page will provide you with step-by-step instructions on how to complete the process. If you have any questions please call our Banking Specialists 24/7 for further assistance.
You can also access up-to-the-minute account information by calling using our automated banking system (IVR) or contacting our dedicated Banking Specialists 24/7 at the number above, or feel free to visit one of our convenient locations near you. At our Stores, you can check your balance at any of our ATMs with no charge, or stop inside to check with one of our Representatives. If you click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores, you can find the TD Bank Store and lobby hours, or ATMs, nearest you.
If you are referring to your credit card balance information, please check out www.tdcardservices.com or you can contact one of our Credit Card Specialists 24/7 at 888-561-8861.
Or, if you're trying to find the balance for your TD Visa Gift Card, we invite you to visit: http://bit.ly/1dmtzim, or dial 888-294-2249 to speak with a Specialist available 24/7.
We hope these options help you keep track of your account.
