Welcome to TD Helps, Talmadge. We'd be glad to help you check your balance.
You are able to check your balance by calling our Banking Specialists Line 24/7. First dial 888-751-9000. Then the automated line will ask you to enter your account or Debit Card number. Next you will be asked for your PIN or phone code. If you've never used the automated aspect of our phone number, your phone code will be the last 4 numbers of your Social Security Number that you will be asked to change. The line will then provide you with your balance and other optional information!
If you prefer to speak with a Banking Specialist directly, press 0 at any time and you will be connected with a live Specialist.
Another way to check your balance is via Online Banking. If you are not currently enrolled, you are able to sign up by visiting www.tdbank.com. When you select "Sign Up" on the right hand side of the page, you will be asked for your account number, ATM/Visa Debit Card, Social Security Number and email address. Once enrolled, you will have immediate access to your balance information. If you're already signed up, you are able to log in by visiting our web page.
Feel free to check your balance at any TD Store or TD ATM. To take a look at Locations near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Please know that we would like to assist you directly however TD Helps is considered an unsecured forum and we do not have access to your account/personal information.
We hope these options help, Talmadge and have a good day.
