I am trying to order checks online, I enter the routing and checking account number and I receive a message that says "we are unable to locate your order history for this account. Please contact us for assistance" I did call the number and after a series of prompts it just told me to call my financial institution. Please help me order checks. Thanks.

Hi, Christine, we're glad you stopped by, and we apologize for any inconvenience you've encountered.
We'd first like to inform you that you may order checks through our website, www.tdbank.com. You may log in here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq to get started. To order checks, you will have to click on the 'Customer Service' tab and select ' Order Checks' under 'Special Requests and Documents'. You will then be able to select your account and continue. If this is your first check order with us, you may be required to call us.
If you are not currently enrolled in online banking, you may use our self-service option by visiting: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY to begin the enrollment process. In order to do so, you will need your account number, TD Bank ATM/Debit Card, your Social Security Number and your email address. Once you're at the page, please select 'Personal' from the drop down box. When you select continue, you will have to read and accept the Online Banking Service Agreement. Then you will be asked to enter your personal information including the items mentioned earlier and to create a user name and password. Finally you will be asked to create three security questions. When you finish the enrollment process, you will have immediate access to your account(s).
