There are a few options available for you to check your account balance. Your first option, is to enroll for Online Banking by using the Self-Service feature. To start the enrollment process, you will need your TD Bank ATM/Visa Debit Card, your account number, email address and your Social Security number and click here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY, which will take you to the "Online Banking Sign Up" Page . Please select Personal from the drop down box and select "Submit". First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
You may also check your balance and so much more by having access to our TD Bank Mobile App after you have enrolled with TD Bank Online Banking. Feel free to visit http://bit.ly/1hOPk1H for more information and to send yourself the quick link to download the TD Bank Mobile App.
If you do not have an ATM/Visa Debit card, or if you run into any problems, please reach out to our dedicated Digital Banking Specialists directly at 800-493-7562. They are available 24/7 and are willing to assist you with making the account visible immediately after account authentication. Once you have successfully enrolled, you will have immediate access to your account.
Another option to check your balance is to contact our automated system, also known as the Interactive Voice Response (IVR), by dialing 1-800-YES-2000 (1-800-937-2000). You will need your account number, which can be found on your statements or also located at the bottom of your checks. Once you verify your account thru the IVR system, you will be able to retrieve account information or you could call us at 1-888-751-9000 to speak with a live Banking Specialist who is available 24/7 for your convenience!
