Thanks for sending your question our way, Jeff.
As you mentioned that you applied for your new TD Bank account online, if you requested a new Debit Card during account opening, you should expect to receive your card and signature card by mail at the address you provided within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that the arrival time may vary depending on your post office.
You may mail your signed signature card back to us at the address provided on the envelope. If you wish to, you may also discuss other options with your home Store directly over the phone. To find out their phone numbers, please click here: http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Once we receive and process the form, we will provide access to the funds in your account. However, if you'd like to have your funds available sooner, you are also more than welcome to visit any local TD Bank Store to drop off or sign a copy of this form.
We hope this information helps, Jeff and take care.

Thanks for joining in, Michael.
The above information is still correct. For accounts opened online or over the phone you should still receive this information in the mail.
If you did not receive this information you can complete a signature card at your local TD Store. You can take a look at TD Stores near you here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this helped, Michael. Take care.
