We're sorry to hear that you're having trouble, Zehua, and we'd be happy to help with account opening options!
If you're unable to open a checking account online, you're always able to connect with us 24/7 at 888-751-9000 or visit any TD Store during lobby hours to open an account. Take a look at TD Stores near you here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
Before your call or visit, we recommend taking a look at the checking accounts we have to offer here: https://go.td.com/2eQORxu.
We do have a few options available and if you're having trouble deciding, don't worry! We offer an Account Selector here: https://go.td.com/2sx4N2E. After a few short questions, our webpage will generate a custom recommendation based on your answers!
Keep in mind that for account opening you will need a Social Security Number and a valid photo I.D. (Driver's License, Passport, Military I.D. etc.).
We hope these options help, Zehua, and thanks for choosing TD.
