If you are currently a TD Customer and would like to switch your account type, we can provide the different ways to do so. You may contact us at the number listed above and after account verification, our Specialists would be happy to put in that request for you. You could also send us a secure message via your Online banking with this request.
If you have not enrolled, you can do so for free here: http://bit.ly/1lU2qfY. Once there, you will need to choose Personal from the drop down box. Signing up for TD Bank Online is quick and easy – allowing you to view your accounts in just three simple steps! First, you'll have to accept the Online Banking Agreement. Then, we'll ask you to enter in your personal information (Name, Social Security number, account number, etc.) and finally, you will have to set up three security questions. After those 3 steps are completed, you will have immediate access to your account(s) online.
After you have enrolled and have logged in, to send a message, on the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center”. In this instance, please select the topic as "General Customer Service." Please provide the account number along with the new account type you would like.
