I've just received a cheque to be paid to me through TD Bank USA.
I do not have account with you and I am not resident of US or Canada.
I'll be in NY in March - what should I do to be paid out?

Welcome to TD Helps, Artur.
This is an excellent question.
Currently, if you are not a TD Bank Customer, and would like to cash a check drawn off a TD Bank account, you are welcome to do so. Checks can be cashed provided there is no stop payment on the check, and it is payable to an individual.
During your visit, please be sure to have a valid photo I.D. handy as this information will be needed to successfully cash your check. Additionally, please know that any non TD Bank Customer cashing a check drawn on TD Bank may be assessed a fee. If you'd like to learn more, we invite you to check out our Fee Schedule here: https://go.td.com/2lbbfGg.
Just in case the check you wish to cash is not drawn on TD Bank, and you are not an existing TD Customer, we apologize as we will not be able to cash non-TD Bank checks for non-Customers at this time.
TD Bank has plenty of locations in the New York area, and if you'd like to connect with your nearest TD Store location before your visit with any questions or concerns, you may check out the link here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find their contact information, as well as address and lobby hours. Our Banking Specialists are also happy to help, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
In addition to cashing this check during your visit to the United States, you may also wish to connect with your financial institution to determine if they may be able to further assist you with having this item deposited, or even cashed.
Thanks again for bringing your concerns to TD Helps, Artur, and we hope this helped.
We look forward to hearing from you soon!
