Hi. I have been experiencing a failure when i try to purchase movie tickets online through my visa debit. However, the cineplex website turned me to a TD site that said my account is locked and tell me to go to one of the branches to find out more. When i went to td and the teller couldn't solve the problem and told me to contact td via phone call. And when i did that, the guy in the phone asked me to go to branches. I have no problem purchasing goods at ncix or amazon. Is there any other way to have my account unlock in order to purchase movie tickets online. It has been like this for at least one year.
