In order to close your account, we'd recommend visiting any TD Bank Store near you to withdraw the funds and request that the account be closed. Please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores to find a convenient location for you.
If the balance in your account is already zero, or you have a remaining TD Bank deposit account that funds can be transferred to, you may also call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000. Or, you're welcome to send a Secure Message via your Online Banking account by logging it at http://bit.ly/1eaISlq and clicking the Customer Service tab. You'll find a link to "Send a Message" there, where you can enter your request. Please be sure to specify the account number you wish to close if you choose this method.
