Hello, I have a question. If I close my original checking account and open new account, but my college has used direct deposit to send financial aid to my original checking account. What should I do? Is it possible to automatic transfer direct deposit to new checking account when you open new one.

We understand your concern, Shirong. We'd be glad to help.
When you open a new account, though the routing number may be the same, your account number will be different. This being mentioned, the information used for the direct deposits will no longer be able to reach a closed account and if sent will be returned to the depositor.
We recommend keeping the old account open until your direct deposit information has been updated to reflect your new account information.
Once your new account is open, feel free to use our Direct Deposit Authorization Form found here: http://bit.ly/1sSvhT6.
If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to call us 24/7 by dialing 888-751-9000 or by visiting a TD Store. To take a look at TD Stores near you please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
We hope this helps, Shirong and have a good day.
