hi, I have a TD bank business account
I would like to make the last wire transfers to get all my money back and close my account.
i cannot enter my online account cause there's a log in problem that apparently nobody can solve but i will be in New York just for one day in december
can you tell me what should i do in order to close my account?
is there any specific procedure?
since my residence is France, could you please give me an email adress which I can sent my request to?
I have already called the customer service number 1 800 493 7562 but the operators can not find my account.
I'm french an on the phone it's very difficult to understand the operators say
