Hi, would I be able to obtain bank statements from 10 years ago if I go into the branch and I am no longer a member of the bank?

Hi there Shakirah,
Thanks for getting in touch with us and we hope you've been doing well.
We'd like to let you know that the bank retains records for our account holders for up to seven years. We apologize that records from 10 years ago may not be available. Since you don't bank here any longer, you could stop in to any TD Bank Store near you to see if any record of your prior account exists. Our Stores and their lobby hours are listed here: http://bit.ly/TDStores for your convenience.
If you have other questions, feel free to write us back or call your local Store during lobby hours for assistance.
Hope this answers your question, Shakirah and enjoy your weekend!
