Welcome to the TD Helps Community, Sacha. We'll certainly provide the ways that you can obtain these statements.
We'd like to let you know that TD Bank retains up to seven years of banking history. You would be able to obtain your statement copies at any TD Bank location during lobby hours or, if you still have another active account with us, you can call us 24/7 at 888-751-9000.
If you choose to visit a Store, please bring a valid photo ID and a Banking Specialist can obtain those statements for you. Click here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR to find a TD Bank near you.
Have a great day, Sacha.

If your account is closed and you can't access online banking, does it cost money to get copies of your statements if you go to a TD Bank location?

Hi Adele, welcome to TD Helps and thank you for sending us your question.
You'll be happy to know that you may visit any TD Bank Store to obtain a statement copy for your closed account. There is not a fee to obtain a statement copy for a closed account.
Thanks again for joining us, Adele. We hope this helps and take care!
