Thank you for submitting your inquiry on TD Helps, Tardrick.
If you have a charged off account with us, we recommend paying off the overdrawn balance first prior opening a new account. We apologize as once an account is closed or charged off, it cannot be reopened.
We recommend reaching out to our Recovery Department Team at 800-742-2651, available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM. Once you are on the phone with them, they can confirm the exact amount you owed and also provide you with payment options.
After the overdrawn balance has been paid off, you may wish to open a new account with TD Bank.
