Thank you for your response but I wasn't completely clear on my question. I need to close a Business Checking Account and the only person with check signing authority on the account is no longer with the business. What are my options to still close this business checking account. Thanks so much

We're sorry for the confusion, Mike.
We still recommend reaching out or visiting a TD Store in your area for assistance in determining you are able to close a business account in the absence of an available Authorized Signer. They will also be able to discern if you will need to provide any type of documentation in order to do this.
To take a look at TD Stores near you, their hours and their contact information, please visit http://bit.ly/TDStores.
Again we apologize for any confusion and have a good day.
