I closed my account the day before I left usa about a month or so and took all the money in it but there was two pending transactions so the maneger took my account info to close it himself tomorrow
But until now I can access my account online and its on minus 21$ for an OD charge and a paper bill charge
I am outside the states and I don't know how to get it closed and remove the charges from me

As this is pertaining to your account specifically, we ask that you reach out to us directly for assistance. You are able to call a Banking Specialist 24/7 at 856-751-9000 or 215-569-0518 collect from a land line telephone. After account verification, they will be glad to review your account.
If you are enrolled in Online Banking, you are able to connect by sending a secure message. To send a secure message you must first logon to your TD Bank online profile. You can do so by clicking here: http://bit.ly/1eaISlq. On the left hand side, you should see an option to "Send a secure message" located in the “Message Center."
