I sent a request via secure message to close my account. Now I cant log in to my online banking. I hope this mean my account has been closed. I didnt get any confirmation about the closing action (email). I sent a secure message on 17 of September, and on 25 of September I go the email, that I can check my account statement, but I cant more log in.

If this was the only account you had with us, it sounds like it was successfully closed. Once an account has been closed, it is no longer accessible through online banking. If you only had the one account, it would make sense that you're unable to login any longer.
