I have a traditional IRA and a 13 month CD that matures in August. I would like to transfer this money to Vanguard to put into a Vanguard Fund and a Vanguard Cash account. With speaking with Vanguard I need to know if I will need a Medallion Signature and if there will be any transfer fee's. Iwill be filling out the Vanguard Transfer form online. Please advise Thank you Christine

Welcome to the TD Helps Community, Christine.
We'd like to take a moment just to remind you that we are very committed to the satisfaction of our Customers and if there's anything that we could do to change your mind, please let us know.
With that being said, if you would like to transfer your IRA out of TD Bank, you will actually need to connect with the Financial Institution you are looking to transfer your IRA into. They will likely have a formal process for you to do this and they should provide you with a 'Transfer Request' form. Once the form has been filled out by you and that Financial Institution, it can then be mailed to us to complete at the following address:
TD Bank, NA
ATTN IRA Department
151 Corley Mills Road
Lexington, SC 29072
Or, it can be faxed to our IRA Team at 803-996-7334. Please send it ATTN TO: IRA Department
Also, to answer any additional questions you may have, feel free to call our IRA Department at 800-231-8193, Option 4 available Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm EST, and Saturdays, 9:00 am - 1:30 pm EST.
Thanks for stopping by and have a great day, Christine.
