Collect funds sent from a TD bank customer

Hi Nikki! Thanks for visiting us at TD Helps.
It sounds like one our Customers may have used Send Money to transfer funds to you. As long as you have an active debit card linked to an active checking account with a bank that participates with Zelle, you should be able to retrieve those funds.
If the transfer was properly sent, you should have received a text message or email from Zelle, the third party the third party that facilitates the transfers, providing you instructions on how to register and retrieve the money sent. If you are having any trouble retrieving those funds, we recommend reaching out to your financial institution to confirm that they participate with Zelle and obtain instructions on how to enroll in that service.
If you also have an account with us here at TD Bank and you haven't enrolled in Send Money yet, it can easily be done through your online or mobile banking. To begin, log in by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Select the 'Send Money' tab and ensure the email address shown is correct. You'll then need to accept the Terms and Conditions. If you sign up for this service with your mobile number, select text or call to receive a verification code. If you sign up using your email we'll send you a verification code by email. Be sure you have mobile notifications enabled for TD Bank. If you sign up with your email and don't receive the verification code, please check your e-mail spam folder. You'll then need to enter the code to verify your email address or mobile number. We'll show your accounts that are eligible for Instant Transfer. Just choose the one you wish to use.
If you choose to set up this service from the mobile app, select 'Send Money' from the quick links or transfer screen and continue with the same instructions above.
If you're fully enrolled and the payment hasn’t displayed, make sure your contact has used the same mobile or e-mail address you’ve set up in Send Money.
