I have a old account that went to collections I'm trying to call them to pay it! But every number I've been given is wrong can someone help.

If you are looking to connect with our Collections Department regarding a personal loan, cars, or cash reserves, you may dial 800-354-9769. They are available Monday-Friday 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
However; if you are looking to connect with a Specialists regarding a closed personal account, you may connect with our Recovery Department at 800-742-2651, available Monday through Friday 8:00 AM – 9:00 PM and Saturday 8:00 AM -5:00 PM.
