want to make sure a payment for a collections was received and when it will reflect on my credit report. my acct was debited on 11/20/15

As you mentioned that you've recently paid off a debt with TD Bank, we recommend reaching out to our Recovery Department to ensure the payment was received. You are able to reach them by dialing 800-742-2651 and they are available Monday through Friday 8am-9pm and Saturday 8am-5pm. Once speaking with a Specialist, they will be glad to confirm that your payment was received and discuss how the payment will affect your credit report.
