On May 10, 2017, I have sent an email to TD Bank relationship manager, Ms. Alcintha Johnson, to inform
her that I have written a check to draw out all the money and close the checking account, ending#2805. I just checked that
I got a statement of MAINTENANCE FEE 30.00 I don't think any closing account would occur any maintenance
fee. Please waive it and close my account promptly.
