I am interested in possibly purchasing a commercial rental property for about $1 million. Can you tell me the following:
what is the minimum required down payment?
Do you have 30 year fixed mortgages? what is your current rate and points?

I am under contract for the purchase of a commercial property at $ 1,045,000.00. The property consists of 2 retails stores on the bottom and two 3-bed room apartments on the top.
All units are leased with a gross revenue of 115,620.00 with net operating income of $ 80,000.00. I intend to put down 300,000.00 and want to finance 745,000.00.
