A buyer of a property I am selling says that your commercial loan dept. requires a copy of all leases and 3 years of my Schedule E before you will issue a letter of approval for the amount the buyer wants to borrow and before an appraisal is done, is this correct?

Justin, The Buyer is already in touch with one of your commercial Lending Specialist & is telling me that TD is requiring the data indicated in my original inquiry. I'm trying to find out if that is true or not.
