I am Spanish and I have been told that there is no commission for using TD cash machine with my VISA card. Is that true? I have read that ATM always charges a commission for using it and as I have read on your website it seems to be the same thing: ATM and TD, isn't it?
If no, please, tell me where TD cash machines are located in Manhattan.

Welcome to TD Helps, Silvia. We'd be glad to help with our ATMs.
If you're a TD Customer, when using a TD Bank ATM there is no fee associated with a balance inquiry or withdraw. If you are not currently a TD account holder, there will be a usage fee of $3.00 for a balance inquiry or withdraw. This fee is subject to change.
Keep in mind that your financial institution may also assess a fee for the use of an ATM not within their network. We recommend reaching out to them directly to discuss if any fees will be applied.
If you would like to use a TD ATM, you are able to locate nearby locations by visiting here: http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We hope this clears things up, Silvia. Have a good day.
