Good morning, Melanie, and thanks for coming to TD Helps.
It sounds as though you may have recently ordered a debit card for your TD Bank account, and are looking for confirmation as to when you should expect to receive your card in the mail. If this is the case, we'll be more than happy to help!
Generally speaking, once a debit card has been ordered, it can take anywhere from 7-10 business days to be delivered; however, it's important to note that this time frame can vary depending on your postal service. Additionally, here at TD Bank, debit cards are shipped in white discreet envelopes for the security of your account.
As you mentioned that you have just ordered a card, if this time frame has already passed, and your card has not yet been delivered to your address, you're more than welcome to connect with us directly, and we'll be happy to review the status of your card.
For your convenience, our Banking Specialists are here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and can be reached by simply dialing 1-888-751-9000. If you'd prefer, you're also welcome to send us a secure message. To send a secure message, you will first want to log into your TD Bank online profile by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. Once you've successfully logged in, look for the 'Message Center' on the left hand side and select 'Send a secure message'.
If you have downloaded our mobile banking app for your smartphone, you may also use this method to send a secure message. From your Mobile Banking, log in and select 'Send a Secure Message' from the side Menu. We generally respond within 24 hours or less.
In addition to contacting us over the phone or by secure message, you would also have the option of visiting your nearest TD Store location, during lobby hours, to speak with a Customer Service Representative about having a debit card printed for you. All of our Store locations have instant issue debit card machines where you're able to obtain a card for your account that same day! To take a look at Store locations and their hours, please visit http://go.td.com/1f9DSJR.
We sincerely hope this provides you with some peace of mind, Melanie, and please don't hesitate to let us know if we can answer any additional questions or concerns for you.
Take care, and have a good weekend.
Brittany M, Mount Laurel
