Beneath the title "Your Custom Alerts" you will see all the alerts that you've created and you can deactivate the alert of your choosing by selecting "Delete" or removing all alerts by selecting "Deactivate All."
If you have any trouble removing the alerts from Online Banking, we ask that you contact us directly for assistance. You may do so 24/7 by dialing the number listed in your question to reach a Tech Support Specialist or you may visit a TD Store near you.
