As you mentioned that you're looking to connect with us by email, we'll be happy to assist you with sending us a secure message, which can be done right from your online banking!
First, you'll want to log into your Personal Online Banking, which you can do by clicking here: https://go.td.com/1eaISlq. If you haven't yet enrolled, that's okay, as you can use the link here: https://go.td.com/1lU2qfY to get started! To fully enroll, you'll need your account number, your debit card number, a valid email address, and your Social Security Number.
Once you're logged in, towards the right hand side of your screen, you should see a section that reads 'Your Secure Messages', and from here, to send us a secure message, you'll simply click 'Send us a secure message.' After including your concerns in the appropriate boxes, simply click 'Send!' Generally, a Specialist will reply to you within 24 hours.
As a friendly reminder, Banking Specialist are also here to help 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at 1-888-751-9000, or you may even visit your nearest TD Store location.
